Develop and define product strategy and budget plan based on customer insight and market dynamics as well as company guideline to support sales target achievement
Develop and implement the brand plan in line with business category, covering brand communications, promotion, customer/consumer insight, pricing strategy, etc.
Identify category and business opportunities (e.g. products and packaging improvement).
Build strong partnership internally and externally with key stake holders and customers, maintain regular contact with key opinion leaders and key prescribers.
Take initiative in managing product specification for hospital tenders for ETH. For OTC and VET medicine we need person who have experience to do marketing in OTC and Farm project
Develop teams of Professional field force with good selling skill and product knowledge.
Participate in any project as assigned to improve company performance
Qualification :
Bachelor in Pharmaceutical/Veterinary and MBA graduated is preferable.
At least 2 year-experience as Product Manager/Product Executive/Product Specialist with experience in hospital and commercial management.
Strong Marketing (Brand Management) and / or Sales knowledge with creativity through innovative and strategic thinking.
Good command in English, team working, problem solving, quick decision making, open minded and positive thinking.
